We're building a space for resilience through humor. Before you jump in to share your stories or find your community, we need to agree on a few ground rules. We've kept this as simple as possible—no confusing legal jargon just for the sake of it.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nukoko, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities under your account.
  • You must not share your password with any third party.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Community Rules & Content Moderation

Zero Tolerance Policy

Nukoko has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Users who violate our community guidelines will be immediately removed from the platform. We review all reports within 24 hours and take swift action to protect our community.

To maintain a supportive environment, all users must adhere to these community guidelines:

  • Be Respectful: No harassment, bullying, or hate speech of any kind.
  • Be Safe: Do not encourage self-harm or violence. If you see someone in crisis, report it immediately.
  • Be Honest: Do not impersonate others or spread misinformation.
  • Be Legal: No illegal content, including sexual exploitation, scams, or spam.
  • Respect Privacy: Do not share personal information about others without consent.

Content Moderation & Safety Features

We provide multiple tools to keep our community safe:

    Report Content: Flag inappropriate posts, comments, or users directly from the app.

    Block Users: Block abusive users to immediately remove their content from your feed and prevent future interactions.

    Automated Filtering: Our systems automatically detect and filter objectionable content before it reaches the community.

    24-Hour Response: Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes immediate action on violations.

Nukoko is a peer-to-peer support community and is NOT a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
